From the moment you contact our team to request a rental, we provide you with the “white glove” service that is expected.

01. DELIVER YOUR DUMPSTER.

When you are ready to schedule, contact our office at 317-560-9590 or fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page. Once your order has been confirmed, one of our professional drivers will deliver your requested size dumpster on the day and time requested.  “We Put Cans – Where Others Cant.”

02. LOAD UP.

Dumpster rentals are good for 7 days but can be picked up immediately once you are finished. KTI allows pretty much any debris, trash, recyclables, construction material, etc. However, there are items we will not accept:

• hazardous materials, liquid materials, flammable materials e.g. paint cans, engine oil, or any type of oils
• batteries
• refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, or appliances containing Freon
• tires of any size

03. PICK UP.

When you are finished filling your dumpster to the allowed “fill line,” contact our office to let us know you are finished. One of our drivers will return to pick up the dumpster. Our drivers will be very careful and remind you, if needed, of the up to $25 additional per day fee that will be charged after the 7th day from the container drop off date. If your dumpster is overloaded, then a $65 per ton (in 1-ton increments) overload fee will be added for any dumpster over its allotted weight (15 cubic yard= 2 ton, 20 cubic yard = 3 ton).
