- We DO NOT accept refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, batteries, or tires of any size
- Absolutely no hazardous materials, liquid materials, flammable materials e.g. paint cans, engine oil, or any type of oils
- The customer acknowledges that KTI Dumpsters shall not be liable for any damage to pavement, driving surfaces, or landscaping areas
- Consignee is responsible for all overload weight tickets and for all costs incurred
$150 trip charge is added if the dumpster is loaded above the “fill line” and/or not safe to transport
- $65 per ton (in 1-ton increments) overload fee will be added for any dumpster over its allotted weight (15 cubic yard= 2 ton, 20 cubic yard = 3 ton).
- Up to $25 additional per day fee will be charged after the 7th day from the container drop-off date
- Customers are responsible for all items loaded into the dumpster while in their possession
Customer acknowledges that it has the care, custody, and control of equipment owned by KTI Dumpsters and accepts responsibility and liability for the equipment and its contents except when it is being physically handled by employees of KTI Dumpsters. Therefore, Customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnity, and hold harmless KTI Dumpsters from and against any and all claims for loss of or damage to property or injury or death of person or persons resulting from or arising in any manner out of customer’s use, operation, or possession of any equipment furnished under this agreement.
